Due to the size and fragile nature of our furniture items, special shipping rules apply.

Unfortunately these items can not be picked up from our stores at this time. However, if you are based in Hawke’s Bay, we can arrange for pickup from our supplier – please email us at support@beautybliss.co.nz and we can organize this for you.

Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched slightly slower than our regular orders, please allow 7-10 working days for them to arrive.

Courier Accessibility
Please note that due to the large size of the parcels, your courier may choose to leave the item at your local depot. This can happen if you live in a remote area, access to your property is difficult, or if you are not home and a safe place to leave the parcel is not found. Please consider this when placing your order.

Combined Orders
If you purchase a mirror or table at the same time as another item from our website, we will dispatch them separately.

Damaged Goods
Please immediately inspect your delivery to ensure that there has been no damage while in transit. If your goods have arrived damaged, please email us photos to support@beautybliss.co.nz and retain all original packaging. We may request a courier collect the damaged item.
